Bolton Wanderers new head coach Owen Coyle has turned down the chance to sign U.S. Men’s National Team midfielder Stuart Holden after a two-week trial, allowing the 24-year old to sign with Sporting Braga, Mirror Football reported tonight, Jan. 18.

MLS mock draft aggregator, version 1.0

Stuart Holden to trial with Burnley?

Houston Dynamo midfielder Stuart Holden will reportedly head to Burnley on trial. The move to the English Premiership side is partly intended to buy more time for contract negotiations with the Dynamo, according to the report by My Fox Houston. The 24-year old U.S. international’s contract with Major League Soccer expired yesterday, Dec. 31.
